This primary school are seeking a Teaching Assistant that has a fantastic willingness to learn and has a real desire to work with children with additional needs/ SEN.

They can also pave a pathway to a long term career in working with children with SEN such as Teacher training, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Social work to name a few careers!
For this Teaching Assistant role in Redbridge, London, this primary school are open to graduates as well as experienced Teaching Assistants.
Experience of supporting any of the following needs would be an advantage:

* Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH)
* Global Delay
* Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
* Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
* Challenging Behaviour
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
- Have a genuine passionate working with children with SEN
- Driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
- Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
- Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
- Help with general class teaching assistant duties
