Paralegal – Family Department
- Annual Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its established Family Department in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a genuine interest in family law to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supporting fee earners on a range of family matters including divorce, financial remedies, and child arrangements.
- Drafting documents, correspondence, and court forms.
- Preparing bundles and assisting with case management.
- Conducting legal research and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Law degree (essential).
- Demonstrable interest in Family Law.
- Previous family law or litigation experience (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
