Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Gloucester | Hybrid Working | Up to £60,000 DOE
An established and well-respected regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team.

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
- Client and referrer communication throughout the transaction
- File management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives where appropriate
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience handling a varied mix of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- A proactive and team-focused approach
Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release or small development work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
