Equifind are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager working for this West End based Real Estate Fund.

About The Role
As a Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager working for this West End based leading Real Estate firm, you will have experience working within previous finance roles.
We need someone who is motivated and confident looking to develop their experience and finance knowledge further. You will support both the Finance Manager and the wider finance and commercial teams consisting of an on-site working pattern being based 3-days in the office, 2-day WFH, remotely.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support month-end processes, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage liquidity across fund and SPV bank accounts.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.
- Process treasury-related payments and intercompany transfers.
- Support banking administration, including account maintenance and KYC requirements.
- Assist with treasury reporting and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role of Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager working for this Real Estate Fund based in the West End, candidates should ideally be:
- Ideally experienced with either 'Qube MRI' or 'MRI Horizon' systems.
- 2+ years of experience working in a finance function
- Some previous knowledge of working on month-end
- An organised individual who is keen to learn, has high attention to detail and the ability to build meaningful analysis
- Enjoy working with numbers and large data sets with at least an intermediate skill set level with MS Excel
- Ability to self-prioritise and manage workload
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
The Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager working for this West End based leading Real Estate company offer:
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 PA.
- Annual performance related bonus (discretionary).
- Hybrid work pattern.
- Employer pension contribution.
- 25-days annual leave.
