We are looking for a reliable experienced Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Eastbourne on an ad hoc / temporary basis. This role involves providing cover during busy periods, holidays, and sickness, with the potential for more regular work during peak times. Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the production team as and when required
- Assisting with machinery and finishing processes (full training provided)
- Packing, counting, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised production environment
- Following health & safety guidelines and wearing PPE
- Working to high quality standards at all times
- Supporting different areas of production as needed
The working pattern for this role is flexible, with shifts offered on an ad hoc basis depending on workload. Hours will vary in line with business needs.
