Are you a Production Director, Factory Manager or Operations Manager looking to join a well-established, local company where you will play a key role in driving operational performance, continuous improvement and team development?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company where you will take full responsibility for factory operations whilst driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and business performance.
This well-established company continue to invest heavily in their people, processes and production capabilities and are now looking to strengthen their leadership team with the addition of a Production Director.
In this role you will lead all factory production operations, manage production teams, improve efficiency, reduce waste and downtime, whilst ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and operational performance are maintained.

- Lead all factory production operations
