Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this trainee lettings negotiator position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background.

Personal specification:

- Live within a half an hour commute of the office
- Full UK driving licence and car.
The salary on offer for this trainee lettings negotiator will include a basic and on target earnings in the region of £22,000 to £28,000 in your first year. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays.
