Our client is a successful independent estate agency group with a network of offices in the Home Counties, offering services including lettings, sales, property management, and commercial.
They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Staines, Surrey. The company will happily consider a trainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry. The role will involve:
- Registering prospective purchasers
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Sales negotiation and progression
- Handling offers
- Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Some experience within residential sales would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Experience within a target driven sales environment
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- The motivation to succeed
- A confident and professional manner
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
This position will come with a salary package of £20,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
