What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:
- Assisting the directors in hitting branch targets and ensuring profitability
- Leading, motivating, and managing the lettings team
- Winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing listings and instruction processes
- Driving performance to retain and grow the client base

- Proven experience in residential lettings management
- Strong track record of winning listings and instructions
- Ability to build and maintain robust business relationships
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Target-driven and proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
