Join a global leader in insurance and captive management as an Account Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting insurance operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure to a broad network of stakeholders while helping to drive exceptional client service.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with client teams across corporate controllership, risk management, tax, and legal functions, as well as external partners such as auditors, actuaries, and investment managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting for client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across multiple departments
- Coordinate communication and workflows across client service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and regulatory filings
- Partner with external service providers-including actuaries, auditors, investment managers, brokers, claims adjusters, and legal counsel-to anticipate and meet client needs
- Manage communication with state regulators and support the implementation of business plan updates
- Prepare and deliver materials for client board meetings and presentations
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, ideally within insurance or captive management
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or insurance qualifications are a plus)
- Strong track record of improving processes and driving efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
