Part-Time Administrator (20 Hours per Week)
Location: Hungerford / Office Based, due to the location you will need to be a driver
Hours: 20 hours per week, working 4 hours each day Monday to Friday
Contract: You must be available to start work immediately and commit to the next 3 months. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to convert on to a permanent contract after this.
Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support to the office manager and business
- Manage emails, correspondence and incoming calls
- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets as required
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
