About the Company
You'll be joining a growing residential operator that manages a portfolio of modern, design-led, energy-efficient apartment buildings across regional England. The team is small, collaborative and hands-on – managing everything in-house to deliver a genuinely high-quality rental experience.
Their developments are thoughtfully designed, well-maintained and built around comfort, sustainability and great service. It's a place where residents feel looked after and where the team takes real pride in the buildings they manage.
You'll work closely with a FARLA-qualified Head of Property Management and a supportive team who value professionalism, autonomy and doing things properly.
About the Role
As the Property Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of a contemporary apartment building in Nottingham. It's a role that blends lettings experience, resident relationships, maintenance coordination and compliance management – all within a modern, well-structured environment.
You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for residents, ensuring the building feels safe, welcoming and well-looked-after. You'll support the lettings process, carry out inspections, coordinate contractors and keep everything organised through the Re-Leased system.
If you enjoy people, organisation and taking pride in a building, this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact.
