£28,000 – £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Carry out proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, video, networking)
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
- Confident in new business development and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or import/export
- Experience selling into retailers, distributors, or trade customers
- Exposure to international markets or export sales
- Additional language skills (advantageous but not essential)
