Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath. They are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.
We would love to hear from a self-motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career.
You will need your own vehicle for this role. On-site parking is available.
DAY TO DAY:
-
Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties

Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords

Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors

Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues

Conduct property check-outs and inspections

Ensure legal compliance and manage invoices and bills
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

Previous property management experience (student lettings experience is a plus)

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (mileage paid)

Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
