As the Group Management Accountant based in in Park Royal (W3) you will be responsible for:
This is a broad and challenging role that offers the opportunity to gain valuable business partnering experience while utilizing your accounting expertise. As a Group Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis:
*Aid in preparing and analyse management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
*Prepare annual financial statements for each entity in the group
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Audit and Compliance:
*Utilize your audit experience to maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
*Implement recommendations from audit findings to strengthen financial processes and controls.
Business Partnering and Decision Support:
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Profile
- ACA qualified
- Ideally someone newley qualified from Audit
- This is the perfect role for a candidate looking to make their first move from Practice to Industry
- Strong background in audit, with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting (desirable not essential)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Familiarity with financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive team player
Job Offer
- £60k – £65k
