We are seeking a meticulous and organised Data Administrator for a 3-month temporary contract in Reading with a high likelihood of extending. This role involves managing and updating data systems to support a key data improvement project. This role will involve working across multiple systems to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and match data across multiple systems using unique identifiers
- Carry out data cleansing activities within the Client, Site & Contract Management System
- Analyse and interpret data from different sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with operational teams to verify and validate information
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity
- Support ongoing improvements to data processes and systems
Profile
Ideal Candidate
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
- Highly methodical, accurate, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with data across multiple systems
- Ability to analyse, interpret, and reconcile data effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
- Experience working with operational systems or databases (desirable)
- Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and governance
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage workload independently
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop data experience.
Job Offer
