Senior Data Analyst

This is an opportunity to step into a Lead Data Analyst role where you will shape how data drives commercial decision-making in a fast-growing, technology-led environment. The Role
You will lead a team of analysts while remaining hands-on with advanced analytics and project delivery. This role sits close to senior leadership and plays a key part in driving the use of data across the organisation.
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of data analysts, fostering growth and technical capability
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex analytical and technical challenges
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple projects and priorities
- Support the development of data products, tools, and automated processes
- Champion best practices in data quality, modelling, and governance
- Contribute to the wider data strategy and help scale analytics capabilities across the business
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analysis using Python or a similar programming language
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Proven ability to lead or own analytics projects and deliver measurable impact
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
