Senior Service Advisor
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | £38,000 – £42,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
Weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for service customers
- Support and mentor junior Service Advisors
- Handle customer complaints and escalations
- Upsell additional work, services, and products
- Manage daily bookings and workshop diary
- Liaise between customers and the workshop
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency
Requirements
- 2–4+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor
- Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up)
- Strong customer service and sales ability
- Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Full UK driving licence
