We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Optical Assistant to become part of a stylish and modern team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and luxury eyewear styling.
The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a premium customer experience by:
- Meeting and greeting customers with exceptional service
- Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
- Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
- Providing personal styling advice across glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
- Fitting and repairing spectacles
- Supporting with contact lens teaches
