The Role:
- Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding service
- Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth handover to the optometrist
- Dispensing glasses with accuracy and care
- Fitting and repairing spectacles
- Teaching contact lens handling and care
- Handling day-to-day administration tasks
