The Role
You will own the numbers and operations, driving financial performance whilst supporting the end-to-end supply chain and the operational excellence.
What the role offers performance related bonus, equity shares, hybrid working, working at board level from day one.
This is a true leadership role, combining strategic financial oversight with hands on operational management. Reporting directly to the CEO you responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently, profitably, and the systems and processes to support continued B2B growth.
Overview of responsibilities
- Ownership of P&L, cashflow, reporting and margins
- Managing the finance team of 4
- Be an integral part of the leadership team and business strategy
- Oversee operating costs, financial controls to drive growth
- Support fundraising, acquisitions and investment opportunities
- Oversee all operational functions including supply chain, logistics, and production planning
What will you need to be a CFO/COO
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified – desired
- Worked within FMCG, Personal Care or Manufacturing
- Experience working for founder led business as a COO / CFO
- Managing P&L at a business of £15m to £30m
- Working with third-party or contract manufacturers in Asia and Europe
- Experience working with high volume SKUs – 1000 +
