An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator / Administrator to join a leading local professional firm, offering excellent scope for development within a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, hardworking and driven with a keen desire to be successful.

You should have some previous experience in Residential Lettings either as a Lettings Administrator or Lettings Negotiator. 

You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from booking viewings to drawing up Tenancy Agreements so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to "muck in".

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Administration.

  • Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting property viewings and providing professional follow-up to applicants
  • Preparing and processing tenancy documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with property listings, marketing, and online advertising updates
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation and company policies
