The Role

Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming post
  • Managing outgoing post 
  • Processing online verification forms (data heavy)
  • Confident telephone manor 
  • Filtering and managing enquiries received via the website, ensuring they are actioned and deleted once processed
  • Ordering official documentation and certificates online
  • Creating and issuing documents and updating the CRM system
  • Supporting adherence to internal and external data protection requirements

About You

We are looking for a highly organised, calm, motivated, and proactive administrator with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will have:

  • A minimum of two years’ office-based administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience, including handling a high volume of telephone calls
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Confidence using multiple systems and software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and strong team-working skills
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at A–C / 9–4 in Maths and English
