About the role
As a Human Resources Manager at KP Snacks, you will play a key role in shaping high-performing, inclusive teams across our Corporate and Commercial functions. You will partner closely with leaders to deliver people plans that drive business performance, strengthen organisational capability and create a positive colleague experience.
This is a varied and impactful role where you will act as a trusted partner, offering expert guidance on people matters, coaching leaders and leading key initiatives across the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and organisational change to engagement and talent development, you will help create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
You will also work collaboratively with Centres of Expertise to deliver joined-up HR solutions, ensuring our People & Culture strategy is translated into practical, meaningful actions that make a difference.

What will you be doing?

Partner with leaders to drive performance and engagement
Build strong relationships across Corporate and Commercial teams, shaping and delivering people plans that support business goals and improve organisational effectiveness -
Provide expert HR advice and coaching
Guide and support line managers on employee relations, performance, organisational change and leadership capability, building confidence and enabling early, effective resolution -
Lead employee relations activity
Manage complex cases with a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach while using data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement -
Drive talent and capability development
Support performance and talent processes, identify capability gaps and work with leaders to strengthen skills, behaviours and team effectiveness -
Enhance culture, engagement and continuous improvement
Lead engagement initiatives, embed KP Snacks values and behaviours, and drive HR projects that improve processes, ways of working and colleague experience

Strong HR generalist experience
Proven experience ideally in a corporate or commercial environment, with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities -
Expertise in employee relations and coaching
Confidence managing complex people matters and coaching leaders to build capability and accountability -
A data-led and commercial mindset
Ability to analyse people data, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions that drive performance -
Experience of change and transformation
Track record of supporting organisational change and embedding new ways of working effectively -
Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence
Ability to build trusted relationships and work across HR and the wider business to deliver joined-up solutions
