About the role

  • Work closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and central Trust teams to deliver outstanding support services
  • Manage school communications and act as a key point of contact for parents, staff and visitors
  • Support budget management and financial administration
  • Coordinate cover arrangements and work with external agencies where required
  • Promote a positive culture where staff wellbeing and collaboration are valued

About you

You will be an organised, proactive and approachable professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys solving problems.

You will bring:

  • Experience of leading administration or operational services in a school, academy trust or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and safer recruitment practices
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and supporting others to succeed

Working across two schools

This role is based across Heaton Avenue Primary School and Millbridge Primary School. The successful candidate will be expected to operate across both sites and demonstrate flexibility, including the ability to travel between locations as required.
