The Business: We’re working with a fast-growing, digitally driven business looking to appoint an Organic Social Content Manager to take ownership of their social presence and elevate how they connect with their audience.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, commercially aware social specialist to step into a role with real influence, shaping strategy, driving engagement, and delivering content that genuinely cuts through.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for leading the organic social agenda across multiple platforms, blending strategy, creativity, and analytics to deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include:
– Owning and delivering the organic social media strategy aligned to wider marketing and business goals – Planning and executing engaging content calendars across key platforms – Creating, curating and publishing high-quality, platform-optimised content – Monitoring social performance and providing insight-led recommendations to improve results – Managing day-to-day channel activity, including community engagement and trend spotting – Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaigns – Staying ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes and emerging trends The Person: – Proven experience managing organic social channels in a brand or agency environment – Strong content creation skills (copy, concepts, storytelling) – A clear understanding of how to drive engagement, reach and brand growth through organic social – Experience using social tools and analytics platforms – A data-led mindset with the ability to translate insight into action – Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
