What you'll be doing as Store Manager:

Take full responsibility for the store's day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment

Inspire, lead, and energise a dedicated team to deliver strong performance

Drive outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction is delivered with a high level of care, attention, and a tailored approach that feels personal and considered

Achieve robust commercial performance by maximising sales, delivering key KPIs, and driving overall store profitability

Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution

Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, staffing rotas, compliance, and adherence to health & safety standards

Develop, support, and coach team members to reach their full potential

Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth and achievement

Act as a professional ambassador for the business, consistently reflecting its values, standards, and distinctive brand identity in everything you do
About you:

You are an accomplished retail leader, already operating at Store Manager level and looking for your next career move

You have a genuine passion for lifestyle retail, including fashion, interiors, wellness and gifting

You know how to create an inspiring, positive customer environment even in a busy, high-traffic store

You lead with confidence, set clear expectations, and motivate your team to consistently deliver strong performance

You have experience in performance management and have successfully managed high volume headcounts and turnover environments

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work early mornings and evenings as part of a fast-paced retail operation
