Business Support Officer
- Contract Type: Temporary (4 weeks)

- Working Hours: 9am till 5pm
- Pay: £13.26 per hour PAYE
Sheffield City Council are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator for a short-term, full-time agency role within their Building Control Admin Team. This position is ideal for someone who is IT literate, self-motivated, and possesses a keen attention to detail. The role involves basic system administration tasks and offers a hybrid working model after initial training.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Utilise the Building Control IT system, Uniform (IDOX), to link addresses in relation to a high volume of council properties.
- Receive in-person training at the Howden House office before transitioning to a hybrid working model.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data handling and system management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
- Comfortable with both in-office and remote working environments.
