The Role

You will play a key role within a busy residential sales team, helping applicants find the right property while supporting vendors through every stage of the sales process.

From arranging viewings and negotiating offers through to progressing sales and spotting valuation opportunities, you will be involved in the full customer journey.

No two days are the same.

One morning you could be conducting viewings and negotiating offers. The next you could be progressing a difficult chain, updating vendors and helping secure new instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Matching buyers to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Providing regular vendor feedback
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Generating valuation opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

  • Previous estate agency sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Full UK driving licence
