Key Requirements:
- Experienced trainee or Qualified Dental Nurse (NEBDN or equivalent)
- Strong organisational, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of cross infection control and CQC compliance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in a leadership role
- Monday to Friday- Saturdays optional for the right candidate.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position within a busy private clinic. As Dental Nurse, you will lead and support the nursing team, ensuring clinical excellence and the smooth day-to-day running of surgeries.
Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians, you will play a central role in maintaining high standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the dental nursing team
- Ensure surgeries are fully prepared and running efficiently
- Maintain and monitor high standards of cross infection control
- Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
- Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical materials
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Assist clinicians chairside when required
- Monitor workflows and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with reception and management teams
