We are seeking a Property Law Specialist with a focus on residential conveyancing and property management. This role is ideal for a professional looking to apply their legal expertise in a dynamic environment, helping clients navigate the complexities of property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
- Provide legal advice on property sales, purchases, and the broader aspects of property management.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and other conveyancing documents.
- Conduct property searches, check land registry documents and liaise with local councils for planning permissions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with other solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay updated with changes in property law and how they affect property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong background in property law, particularly residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience in managing a caseload of property transactions.
- Excellent knowledge of the legal aspects of property management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of client care.
