Accountancy Practice
An established and growing accountancy practice in Swindon is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant looking to work with a varied portfolio of SME clients, providing high-quality management accounts and business advisory support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Producing financial reports, KPIs and cash flow forecasts
- Budgeting and forecasting for a diverse client portfolio
- Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Supporting clients with financial analysis and business performance reporting
- Liaising directly with clients and providing ongoing accounting support
- Assisting with year-end accounts preparation and statutory reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
- ACCA / ACA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Strong management accounting and client-facing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks
- Able to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
