Hours of Work: full time
Senior Lettings Negotiator Duties: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will manage client relationships, conduct market appraisals, oversee viewings and relets, support the expansion of our lettings portfolio, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Lettings and mentor junior team members, all while striving to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as Exeter’s leading property agency.
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- Proven experience within lettings, ideally at senior level
- Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Comfortable conducting market appraisals and overseeing viewings
- Organised, accurate, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
