A well-established contractor delivering refurbishment and small-works projects across Liverpool. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are now looking for a reliable, proactive Site Supervisor to support day-to-day site operations.
Your new roleYou'll take a hands-on supervisory position, working closely with labourers and trades to keep the site running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Leading and supporting labourers, setting tasks and maintaining productivity
- Monitoring H&S compliance and completing site paperwork
- Coordinating with subcontractors and reporting progress to the Site Manager
- Maintaining site standards, cleanliness and material control
What you'll need to succeed
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience supervising labourers and supporting site operations
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to keep the site organised and moving
