Protocol Education
Level 2 or 3 qualified? Love the little ones? Let’s get you into the classroom.
Nurseries, preschools, and school-based nursery classes across Brent are calling out for brilliant educators who know their way around snack time, story corners, and sandpits.
We’re looking for Early Years Educators (Level 2 or 3 preferred) who want day-to-day flexibility without the 7am stress (unless you're up for it!). Choose your days, pick your pace, and let us handle the rest.
The Roles:
You’ll step into different early years settings—no planning needed, just bring your energy, care, and readiness to jump into a new adventure (and maybe some muddy puddles).
What to expect:
- Happy, busy nursery rooms full of curious minds
- Welcoming preschool teams and friendly school-based settings
- The chance to build bonds without the long-term pressure
Choose Your Style:
- Pre-booked shifts – know your schedule in advance and plan your week with ease
- On-the-day bookings – love the buzz of last-minute? We’ve got early morning calls for that too
However you like to work, we’ll make it work for you.
You’ll need:
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 (bonus points for SEN experience)
- Bags of enthusiasm, patience, and playfulness
- A DBS is preferable
What’s in it for you?
- Weekly PAYE pay
- Total flexibility, work when it suits you
- FREE access to Protocol Education’s CPD Academy
- Friendly support from your own consultant who gets your vibe
- Local roles that value what you bring to the table
Apply today and let’s find you a role that fits like your cosiest classroom cardigan.
