We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the Financial Services market. This is a key hire within the business and an excellent opportunity for an established recruiter who already has experience within financial services recruitment and is looking to take ownership of a high-performing desk.
You will be working with established clients across the IFA, wealth management, and financial planning sectors, recruiting roles such as Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, IFA Administrators, and Wealth Managers.
This role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to further develop a well-established financial services desk within a supportive and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across the Financial Services market
- Developing and expanding relationships with existing and new clients
- Winning new business and growing your own client portfolio
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across financial planning roles
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and placement
- Writing and advertising targeted job adverts across job boards and LinkedIn
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline within the FS sector
- Working towards and exceeding individual revenue and performance targets
- Acting as a senior point of contact within the team when required
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Financial Services recruitment (essential)
- Strong understanding of the IFA / wealth management / financial planning market
- Track record of successful 360 recruitment and consistent billing
- Confident business developer with the ability to win and grow client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
