Role: Multi Trader
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Salary: £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced and skilled multi trader to join our growing team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Luton, Watford, Hitchin, Milton Keynes and Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys the variety that comes with a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You'll be working in residents' homes, making a real difference by providing an efficient and professional repairs service while managing your own day-to-day workload.
This position covers a large patch across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance works across multiple properties
- Completing work to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective first-time fixes wherever possible
- Working safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures
- Managing your own workload and schedule while working as part of a supportive team
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach within occupied homes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or within a similar repairs and maintenance role
- Strong skills across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating
- A reliable, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across Luton, Watford, Hitchin, Milton Keynes and Cambridge
