Hours: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm (Office Based)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven New Business Sales Executive to join our successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who enjoys the challenge of winning new business while managing and growing customer accounts.

The Role
As a key member of the sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective B2B customers through telesales and targeted outreach activities.
- Generate high-quality appointments for Field Sales Executives.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage customer accounts to maximise retention and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Present products and services confidently, highlighting business benefits and value.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
- Stay informed on market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in sales, ideally within a B2B environment
A confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and earning bonuses
Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Skilled in building long-term business relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Experienced in telesales and account management (highly desirable)
