THE ROLE: • We're working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Pensions Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham office. • This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established national practice advising a broad client base on complex and varied pensions matters. • You will work alongside experienced specialists on a mix of advisory, transactional and dispute-related work, supporting clients across both the public and private sectors. • The role offers exposure to everything from scheme governance and regulatory compliance to corporate transactions, pension risk advice and member disputes, ensuring no two days are the same. • The team is known for its supportive culture, technical excellence and collaborative approach, giving you the chance to develop your expertise while working closely with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Pensions Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE • Experience advising on occupational pension schemes and pensions legislation. • Strong technical skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • A collaborative mindset with an interest in contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues.
