Maintenance Engineer

£53,800 – rising to £59,000 after probation or 1 years experience
Monday – Friday 3-shift (one week of nights every 4 weeks)

Due to expansion, my client are hiring for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join our current team, this is a brilliant opportunity for any maintenance engineer looking to develop their skills, especially up-skilling within controls – everything is done in house to you will have huge opportunity for up-skilling as a maintenance engineer. You will ideally already be electrically biased and apprenticeship served but they will look at Mechanical bias with electrical skills as long as you are level 3 qualified. This role also offers incredible stability during uncertain economic times.
Experience Required for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Minimum for 5 years’ experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge with electrical fault finding – experience with PLC’s is advantageous
- Level 3 qualified minimum, ideally apprenticeship served
- Experience within manufacturing
