An established and fast-growing Top 10 accountancy and business advisory firm is looking to recruit an
experienced Audit Senior to join its expanding Audit & Assurance team in the South region.

Your role as an Audit Senior:
As an Audit Senior, you will take responsibility for leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Leading on-site audit fieldwork and substantive testing.
- Planning and completing audit assignments.
- Preparing statutory financial statements from client records.
- Identifying risk areas and reporting findings to Managers and Partners.
- Reviewing audit files to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Supporting and mentoring trainees and junior staff.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
- Assisting with the finalisation of audits for Partner review.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or a finalist).
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice audit role.
- Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
