An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts professional to join its Bournemouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a supportive and long-standing team, offering genuine scope for progression.

Your role as an Accounts & Tax Manager:
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
- Supporting with personal tax and VAT returns.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting more junior staff and providing mentorship.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA / ACCA qualified preferred (QBE also considered).
- Experience in accounts and/or general practice.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with a desire to support junior staff development.
