Based in a modern office near Portsmouth, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Audit & Accounts professional looking to take the next step toward RI Status and future leadership opportunities.

Your role as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
- Lead and review complex audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio with turnovers up to £60M.
- Manage a growing portfolio of audit and non-audit clients.
- Oversee technical quality, compliance, and risk management processes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic growth plans.
- Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention.
- Work closely with senior leadership on operational and firmwide initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You must be ACA /ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
- Have strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of audit regulation.
- Demonstrate experience managing client portfolios and leading teams.
- Be commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused.
- Show ambition to progress toward RI Status.
- Experience with Iris would be beneficial but not essential.
