First Achieve is partnered with a well-established and growing engineering business that is expanding due to continued success and a number of exciting new projects. As a result, they are looking to recruit experienced, time-served Welders to join their team.
The successful candidates will possess not only strong practical welding skills but also the positive attitude, work ethic, and commitment required to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing working environment.

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Time-served Welder
- Minimum 5 years' experience in MIG and Flux Core welding (essential)
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Quality-focused approach to all aspects of work
Candidates who meet the above requirements will be invited to complete a weld test as part of the selection process.
Application Process
Please submit your CV along with your availability to attend a weld test within two weeks of your application. Weld tests can be accommodated Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
Package
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour (basic rate)
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate (uncapped)
- Expected Hours: Minimum 39 hours per week
