Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage diaries and emails for senior leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
- Handle urgent requests and ongoing responsibilities with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Executive Support team and wider services to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Attend meetings to capture detailed notes and actions, utilising innovative tools like Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times due to the confidential and politically sensitive nature of the work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong diary and email management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Flexible attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
