Tonbridge – only drivers with own transport can be considered due to location and hours
c. £35,000 – £39,000 dependent on experience + overtime + bens + progression
Monday – Friday 6.30am-4pm

An established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join its growing workshop team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing quality work, takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to join a business where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Key responsibilities:
- Fabricating metal components from technical drawings
- Measuring, marking out and preparing materials
- Using fabrication machinery and hand tools
- Working to production deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
- Supporting continuous improvement within the workshop
To be successful you'll have:
- Previous metal fabrication experience
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience using fabrication tools and machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- A good level of physical fitness
- Own transport due to location
