The Role
You will manage a high-quality caseload of privately funded family work, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy matters, often involving high-net-worth individuals
- Private children work including residence and contact disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Advising on complex family and asset structures
You will benefit from a strong referral network, a steady pipeline of quality work, and the backing of an established national platform.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ to Senior level PQE
- Experience in family law, ideally with exposure to privately funded matters
- Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively
- Ambition to develop within a high-performing, reputable team
