The organisation is looking for an Interim Finance Assistant to join their Finance team
Description
As an Interim Finance Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor accounts for discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage petty cash and handle payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
- Assist with budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- A strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- An organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate equivalent of £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience.
