In our E-store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!
Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
But that's not all… youll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether youre restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, its all about great service and great vibes.
What youll bring to the role:
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
