Job Title: HR and Talent Manager – Part Time
Location: West End
Salary: £65-70k FTE
Hours: 9am-6pm, 3 days a week
I am partnering with a boutique law firm in the heart of London who are seeking a polished, confident, and personable candidate to join their team in an HR and Talent Manager role. Acting as first point of contact within HR, you will play key role in providing positive HR generalist advice and support to partners, managers and employees – this is the sole HR role in the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that thrive on excellence whilst prioritising their colleague’s wellbeing. Perfect for a candidate looking to further develop their career within the HR and Development field, whilst based in a beautiful Central London office.
What you’ll do:
- Act as first point of contact for all HR matters
- Report to the Managing Director
- Provide advice to Partners regarding HR Management and updates on billable hours
- Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters and contracts, along with other documents
- Manage salary and bonus reviews
- Provide coaching to employees to improve their performance and career progression
Who you are:
- 4+ years in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm
- Desired qualification of CIPD Level 5, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR systems, ideally some coaching experience too
- Good emotional intelligence and great work ethic
- Proactive attitude and have a people-focused approach
- Team player
